Normally a granted project receives up to 80% of awarded funds at the start of the project (for multi-year projects 80% of the yearly funds). The remaining funds are paid when a report has been submitted and approved by the foundation. If a report is not submitted, the foundation can require the recipient to repay the awarded funds.
There is no form for requesting payment of funds. Funds are requested by sending a letter to the foundation containing the following:
» Application number,
» Project title,
» Contact person and address,
» Totalt amount of grant,
» Earlier requested amount,
» Amount now requested,
» Payment instructions.
Funds not requested within 2 years of project end are revoked and used for other projects.
